The SoudalFoam Expanding Genius Gun is a ready-to-use polyurethane expanding foam designed for fast, controlled filling and sealing around the home or job site. Supplied in a 500 ml aerosol withintegrated Genius Gun applicator, it allows one-handed operation with precise flow control, making it ideal for filling gaps, joints, holes and pipe penetrations with minimal mess. Once applied, the foam expands to fill voids effectively, helping to improve thermal and acoustic insulation while reducing drafts and limiting thermal bridges. It is suitable for both internal and external applications and is compatible with most common building materials including around electrical cables. After curing, the foam can be cut, sanded, painted, plastered or covered with sealant to achieve a neat, finished result. For long-term durability in exposed areas, the cured foam should be covered to protect it from UV light.
